Kreg Router table and a Jessem lift

So I bought a kreg router table and Jessem lift. The good news is the lift fits perfectly in the cut out hole in the Kreg table. Bad news is the holes dont line up to the kreg mounts it and there is no lip for the Jessem to sit on in the table.

Anybody know if there is an adaptor made for this issue? Surely I cant be the first to use this combonation.

I have developed a plan to make my own but buying one would be easier.

Did the top come with the bottom up plate levelers?
