Hello All,
Alot of my customers have had issues using adobe, including us. A customer called me the other day and told me what steps to take to make it work.
1. Your line width has to be 0.001.
2. All the cut lines have to be grouped together.
3. You have to bring all the cut lines to the front. I would do this step last.
If you don't have them all to the front, it may cut some but probably won't cut any.
Just though I would share this with everyone.
