Dust Collection on the Festool OF1400

It looks like they put a lot of effort into it -- how effective is it at capturing the dust and chips? And is it worth attaching the pieces and the hose, or do you usually not bother?

Works great. Only used it for some test runs but it really captures most of the dust and chips.

The dust collection works so well, and is so easy, that I don't use the router without it.

The OF1400 dust collection works great. I have also been using the table widener with magnetic dust hood. Its a bigger dust hood than stock and is quickly removed with no hassle
