"Jim Morgan's Wood Profit" e-scam & spam

Maybe a little off-topic, but...

Does anybody get spam email from this phony "woodworking" scam? Typical e-scam: "Buy our books, CDs, and service, and you'll make big $$$." Problem is, this spammer uses sends out vast quantities of spam from other email addresses. So if you block the sender, the innocent site is blocked, but not the spammer, since he is using a seemingly endless supply of source addresses that he has stolen. Makes the internet much less useful.

Any ideas on how to put an end to this? In any case, beware of "Jim Morgan's Wood Profit"
