Here are a couple of Double Twist Euro pens I did yesterday... also changed the way I photo them.. changed the lighting to 2 30 watt daylight balanced flourescents from the camera shop and the backgrounds from a white pillowcase to something more neutral in color... have to work on getting the backgrounds a little out of focus... might have to do it Photoshop if I can't open the aperture on the digital enough... The rock the pens are resting on is a piece of flint module I found years ago..

Tom,
Great looking pens. I like your imaginative use of alternative backgrounds. I did a series a while back of my pens using my shop tools backgrounds. Did some propped on the lathe, used a tool or two with them. I think they are more impressive than a plain background.
I really like those double twist Euros too. Now, get yourself a couple of the parker gel refills and have some lefties use them. The gel doesn't smear, great selling point.
You'll need to write up a "How To" manual. My photo skills are terrible, at best.

I always replace the ballpoints refils with gel refills... it just about guarantees a sale when they try the pen...
As soon as I get my photographs perfect, I will write a tutorial.. still have a couple of bugs to fix...
