.. I sometimes wonder who makes me do well to choose pieces .. "lived" .. . butmaybe this time I crossed the line ... ... I had to consolidate with epoxy andalmost 3/4 of the trunk before and during the turning ... but I hope the result will"tease" ... . finish sealer ... the foot is not there .. because he does not need .. I can honestly say I was pretty busy .. .. Technically, I fixed the first part ... Then Icleaned deciding the shape .. I sketched the outside .. I syringed with resin ...RI-I sketched the outside ... I dug ... I consolidated three shots inside closing thepaper through openings with scotch tape .. and on like this until you see results.. to you the verdict ..

Very nice work Francesco! I am sure most folks would have left that chunk of wood alone but you sure turned it into a thing of beauty! Pretty cool!
