Buckeye Burl Helmet

Here is a helmet I made out of Buckeye Burl. My Dad, Dick Vonk, gave me the inspiration for this piece from the helmets he has turned. This piece is approximately 18" tall, on it's stand, and 9" in diameter. It's about 1/4" thick except for the top which is 3/8". Coated with WOP. The photos were taken with my phone :o:(:o and then pasted on a gray background (do I win for the worst picture?). Your comments and critique are greatly appreciated.
