JusJust relating the excellent customer service I received this week from Kapro Levels. I was doing some remodeling this week and went and got my Hercules Kapro 24” level out of its case. For some reason I thought something wasn’t quite right. 2 of the bubble levels on had turned from green to clear. So I decided to contact the company here in Lake Mills, WI on their Web site and explained the problem. Trean in their Customer Service responded to me that they did not cover the color going out of the bubble indicators. She said they could not replace it with a new one, but if I would take a sample one she would send it out right away. Well within 4 days I had a new level, slightly different model but still with all the features I had, plus a magnetic base. :D Now that is good customer service, they sell other supplies on their site. I for one will definitely do business with them again.
