Cutting DT keys is an adventure yet taken by me. If I cut one side of a board @ 14d on my TS then flip it and adjust for the key way width and it is too wide how does one take off a little @ a time to get it to fit?
The piece will be too narrow to do anyting with in a safe manner on either the router table or TS.
Thank you.

If you are using these on box corners, you could build an adjustable jig to cut the slots on the box on the router table. Then you could cut your key stock and sneak up on the slot using the jig,

Cut your slot on the router table and then cut the keys using the same bit. Rip off the key from the edge of the same board and you are good to go. Might be easiest to mic the widest part of the bit and plane a board to the same thickness.

I think the light just care on. Being in middle "Coot Hood" I try to make things very complicated.
Thank you.
