I need to replace the bearings in my 14 year old 7539 router. When I look at the collet end there are three screws in a plate that appear to be what holds the bearing. How do you take off the main collet so that the bearing retainer plate can be removed. The schematic I have doesn't show whether it is threaded on or what????

Thanks Doug
