Any advise on emptying the dust collection bag on my Jet collector. Got it at a fair price recently and want to avoid re-creating the mess it has successfully sucked up. Any advise on getting the dust into the trash would be appreciated. Thanks, Phil

Wear a mask & empty it before it gets to full. Also have a bungee cord wrapped around the bag rim & hooked together so when you go to reinstall the bag you can just stretch & snap the bungee cord over the bag edge to hold it in place while you tighten the bag clamp in place.

I empty my bag around the 1/3 full mark and I've never had a mess when emptying it. Putting the bag back on is a pain in the butt so my solution to that will be to build a cyclone relatively soon. :)

Look around for gardeners. I've got two who manage to consume all my sawdust, even though I'm a full-time woodworker. They use it for mulch, and in compost piles.
