Easycut vs Lasercut

Does anyone know is the Chinese controller software Easycut a version of Lasercut - relabeled?

Is it being used with any other controller other than the Leetro controllers (6515/6535 etc?)

my Redsail runs from Easycut 5.3, this is simply Lasercut rebadged by Redsail........
