i've always used topsaver for rust removal and it did an excellent job. apparently, they have ceased opeation. what other liquid products have people used to remove light rust? i have no interest in electrolisys or naval jelly. since i keep my CI surfaces covered when not in use, rust is usually not a problem. i used to use topsaver every 3 or 4 years to remove whatever minor amounts of rust had occurred and followed it with paste wax. i'm just looking for something to do what the topsaver used to do.

Googling led me to numerous places still selling it.

If it's your favorite, why not buy a few bottles, for now ?

BoShield makes something. I got it with a can of the top coating.

It works pretty well (but I dont know what it actually is, could be the spray version of naval jelly..... )
