Hi everyone,

I am new to the site and was brought here by a link for Freedom Pens. My wife bought me a Lathe for Christmas and I have been turning pens for little over 1 month now. I have found a new love for wood. My wife is beginning to think I am crazy due to all I talk about is "look at the color of this blank", "wow honey will you look at that grain" or "do you like this kit or this one with this blank?".

I would be honored to send some pens to this project. I have been looking at some of the postings, but would like to know what is best to do.

Here is a picture of some of my first pens.

Thanks all,

Rob glad to see someone close to home. We were in Prescott this weekend for a little bit. Showed wife it and went to Sedona for rest of weekend and to play in the snow. Only in AZ does someone drive for couple hours to find a flake or two of snow to play in.
