Trying to remember to take pics as I go ...... A few pens and my first bottle stopper225433
My first one in the finish mode clear box elder very plain wood so thought I would dye it first some black transtint225438 sanded back then some blue....225434225435 then built my first dounut chuck ( pic to follow) Started with some satain poly but did not like the look. Not sure it would take but picked up some gloss, starting to get the look I think I want....225436 for my first pc in 5 years I am ok with it. put a pad and then a small hole throught the bottom so came up with this walnut thing a ma jig... works pretty good...
