12" Dewalt miter box problems

I started getting very rough cuts on my MB lately. Used to be like glass. It is starting to vibrate a lot too. Put anew blade in and that didn't help. Is there are possability that the bearings might be going?

The brushes wear out if you use the saw a lot.

Checked th arbor nut a few times.

I have had brushs go on my belt sander a few times. Usually you hear the arcing and smell electriclal smokes smell.

Brushes are one issue, but not necessarily related to the vibration. Sounds like a bearing(s) prob.
Is there any "wiggle" to the arbor? Have ya run the saw w/o the blade to check for any movement?

Well thanks for everyones help. I gave up. I called the nearest service center which is 100 miles away. They said they had a truck in the are yesterday and would stop to pick it up. Off to the service center. What a great oppertunity.
