I am doing some custom built awards and I was wondering if anyone knew of a good source for gift boxes. They do not need to be anything fancy, just work for shipping and for the recipient to use if they desire. The award sizes are 6.75"tall x 5.5" wide x 3" deep, and the other size is 5.75" tall x 4.5 wide x 3" deep.

I was even wondering if I could buy a sheet/roll of cardboard/kraft paper and cut them myself on my laser, only issue is I need almost 4000 of them and I am unsure of where to find the material.

Thanks for any help you can offer!

I usually use Uline.com or nilecorp.com.

Yes you can make your own. There is also a book called "Structural Package Designs" published by The Pepin Press that has designs and a CD with those designs on them. Couple of 100 different designs, which can also be modified - if I remember correctly. Think it was discussed in this forum previously. had it noted in my files for future reference.

Uline will ship free if the order is over $300.

I doubt that you will find a box that is good for presentation and shipping. I always put my presentation boxes in another container with some protection such as peanuts or bubble wrap.

I have used FetpakDOTcom with good luck on small gift boxes. They have them in many sizes.
