Just picked up a new 1642 from Jet, haven't run it yet, but looking for a faceplate..got a 1 x 8 tpi now, it is the aluminium plate, from Don Pencil, any recommedations on faceplates?...is one as good as another...don't use it a lot, the aluminim one's from Craft Supply come in smaller sizes, for a 1 1/4 x 8, you can get a 3 1/2 and a 2 1/2 faceplate, seems like they would be nice for bowls and small items....Dennis:confused:
