Excalibur made by American Wood Company, DAYTON MOTOR, MODEL EX30 4Z140, Includes table, light, magnifier, pedal control. All in vg condition. Don't really know how old but sounds like 6-7 yrs. Not used much. Also a bunch of blades & patterns......for 400.00.....Good deal or not ?

Are you talking about an Excaliber scroll saw?

Yes....That's what the add said. He said it was an Excalibur scroll saw made by American wood co.....I did a search & came up with the saw but not by American wood ....

The Excalibur is now a General International product, but that is fairly recent. The new 21" ones go for $900. A old one in very good condition with all those extras is a very good deal.

He did say it was made in Canada....

But General International isn't. It's the Asian branch of the company.
