UZI Design Gift?

Does anyone know if the UZI design was (is) one of Tom Buzz Barnard's free gifts to us? I have searched the forum several times and cannot find any reference to it - other gifts yes (thank you very much Tom) but not the UZI.

If there is a version for corel x3 I'd appreciate it. Looks like a fun project! What thickness of material is it made for? Or is it easy to adjust for say 3/8"?
