Looking for wood screws and pocket hole screws that are made in the USA or Canada?

Also would be interested in recommendations for saw blades TS and MS as well as carbide forstner bits.

I advertise Made In The USA. So I thought maybe I should try and use made in the USA/Canada products as much as possible.

Call Bobby at WoodworkerTool Works in Melrose WI. Small business that has great blades of all types, does wonderful sharpening and makes custom profiles. Dave

No personal experience, but ... a quick Google brought me to a couple possibilities:

http://www.mutualscrew.com/department/usa-made-fasteners-19381.cfm

http://www.carsonsales.com/american-made-screws

http://www.warrenfasteners.com/

My thought is that ... if they don't have exactly what you're looking for ... they may know who does.

Spax makes screws in Bryan, OH or Germany but I'm not sure if you can tell by type or box where they are made specifically.

For tooling try Tom Waltz at Carbideprocessors.com they are Friend of the Creek offer a 10% discount to Creekers and offer a lot of US made stuff.
Forrest makes excellent saw blade in NJ.
Forest City Tool makes high quality tooling and makes carbide forstners be aware they are called multi-spur machine bits as they are not true forstners (very few true forstners are sold today, most companies just use the name). They are the sister company to Whiteside that makes some of the best router bits both located in NC in the heart of furniture country.

I'm just a hobbiest; but since you asked:

Screws - GRK screws made in Ontario; more expensive than square drive but the star drive has more gripping power- and never snapped on me.

Sawblades - either Everlast (USA) or Freud (Europe)

Router bits - Whiteside (USA) or Freud (Europe)
Try Holbren ( a smc supporter).
