I'd like to make a taller resaw fence for my Grizzly G0555. I was originally going to just take a straight piece of MDF and drill two large holes (with smaller perpendicular holes in them) to use with Rockler fence clamps. But I thought I'd ask if there are better options, additional features, or cleverer designs out there. I don't have any drift to compensate for, so I'm basically looking to attach to the stock aluminum fence.
Whatcha use?

John's fence above is off the charts amazing. On my to-do list, some day.

John, that is a really cool setup. I will have to bookmark that!
Steve - it certainly would, I was just hoping to not spend much money on it. :)

That's what I use with my G0555X and it works great.
I've got a set of those Rockler fence clamps and am not impressed.

Jim, please elaborate on the fence clamps. :) I have a pair but haven't used them yet.
