Rikon Bandsaw table tilting forward

Ever heard of a bandsaw table being off a bit and tilting *forward,* or toward the operator? Maybe 3 degrees, or enough to notice. All the bolts holding the table to the trunnion are tight and seated. When I tighten and losen the tilt knob I can tighten it back in a way that seems to lessen or reduce the forward tilt. Does anyone have ideas on what or how this could be adjusted? Its about 2 years old (14" deluxe) and I never noticed this before, so it could be recent. Thanks.

The manual appears to show an adjustment for this on page 10. I don't own one but, looked up the manual.

"The table may also be set at 90° to the back of
the saw blade by adjusting the trunnion micro
adjustment screws. (A-Fig. 8A)"
