Dust Collector for Rigid

I read in a magazine once about plans to make an attachment to a Rigid edge sander for a dust collector. At the time I did not have the sander but now I do and I can't find the magazine. Did anybody ever see those plans and know what magazine they were in?
Any tips would be appreciated.
