On the hunt

I am looking for some either dark green granite or marble tiles that are 4x4 to be used as paperweights. I make awards and souveniers for a Viet Nam vets annual reunion and this year they want their patch logo put on some paperwights. They specified the color and I can find them round but not a 4" square.

Have you looked in the yellow pages under "flooring - stone" 4x4 is a common size ..... google local area...

I use full tiles 12 x 12 and cut them down to size depending what green you want I allways use called "ubatuba" what has some tiny gold flaks in it.
just look for the full tiles in Homedepot or lowes if you stand good with the guys there maybe they cut you some if not to many or go to a counter installer they have all the tools and mostly lots of left overs for free

Check these out, they have 4"dia coasters. I believ they may cut what you need,
but there may be minimums.
