I was noticing a slight warp in my Vector table and contacted Epilog about it. No problem at all, they are sending out a replacement and I should have it on Monday. I knew there was a reason I went with this brand, they have been there no matter what since I first started looking at a laser. I have to say that their customer service and tech support has been fantastic for me.
