I went onto ebay yesterday looking at a Grizzly G0555 bandsaw and riser block. The Buy it Now price was $415 for the saw and $52.95 for the block. That's $15 off the catalog price. So after talking it over with my wife, I went back to make the purchase. Alas, the saw already had some bids, and the Buy it Now option was gone. So I e-mailed them and asked if they'd sell me one at that price anyway.
This morning, Grizzly responded and said they had posted another saw on the site at that price. Great! I ordered it and the block, and asked them to send me a contact number so I could call with my credit card info. They responded very quickly, and when I called, waived the shipping on the riser block.
So I saved $15 off their price and $8.95 off the shipping. That's great service in my book.
