Ellsworth gring jig dimensions?

Where can I find the graphics for an Ellsworth grind jig? I have the base (the slider) made, but can't find the 7" X 4" X 2" info that will show me how to set up the pocket/arm dimensions. Maybe you guys can help?
Alternative? Maybe I should learn to just grind freehand?
I keep getting an convex arc on the wings, and everywhere I look the wings should be flat or nearly flat.
