This box arrived on Saturday but I only had a chance to look into it today. Two blocks of Osage Orange. Looks like some interesting wood and one that I have never worked with before. Just waxed em up till I have a chance to play with them.

Kudos to Cody, and good for you David..........Osage Orange can be sanded smooth and a glass like finish [billard ball] can be had from Osage.............I have a HF that has a a finish which has a deep reflection in it..........super nice stuff if worked correctly, David.

That's cool! Osage is lovely stuff... I particularly like the deep amber tone it takes on with time. I've seen some gorgeous effects with torching the stuff as well. Good on Cody for sharing!
