Irwin quick grip clamps

This could likely be a duplicate post so sorry if so.

I picked up a couple of these Irwin clamps at Rockler (sale) recently and I have to say I love them!

Have been using the original 'quick grips' for many years, but these new ones have a much much higher clamping power.

I recommend them!

I also like my original (black) quick grips, but have some newer (made in china?) versions that are blue and are pure crap. They will not clamp down worth a darn and WILL NOT hold. You can clamp down on something and easily pull it apart.

I have sent emails to irwin complaining about this and they did not even bother to reply!!!!
