brown mallee burl. i really enjoyed turning this bowl, and only got whacked on my finger once. this piece had to be turned with lots of respect and very careful. but this is so far my favorite bowl.

What are the deminsons of it? I have some smaller burls and this has tweeked my interest. Thanks for posting.

That is a great looking bowl. I see what you mean about being careful. That piece of wood would have climbed all over me.

Nicely done. I had my knuckles rapped today by the bolts on a compression chuck. Really wakes one up.
