What can anyone tell me about this Tongue & Groove Plane? It's marked Wolff & Lane Pittsburg Pa.

Having no knowledge of Wolff & Lane I can't offer anything on that level.

From what I did find Wolff Lane & Co. was a hardware company in Pittsburgh Pennsylvania that imported all their cutlery including straight razors from the mid 1800's to 1909.

With some pictures of the blade and the sole, it could be possible to offer suggestions on whether or not it is will be useable.
