Here are a few pics of my dad's shop, where all the fun begins. My dad is the reason I'm addicted to woodturning:eek:. Gotta love him for it..

Very nice! Thats a heck of a chunk in the 3520b! Not being a turner I don't recognize the other lathe?

Your dad is spoiled, but in a good way.

how do I post bigger pics? There's a OneWay 1224, Robust American Beauty, and PM 3520B.

I was just thinking the same thing Van. If I started spinning that chunk in my little lathe I'd have to jump in my truck to catch up to it as it bounced down the driveway! Nice set up.

how do I post bigger pics?

It looks like you are posting them directly from your computer, and that you are resizing them too small from your original pic size. Aim for a resize that gives you an upload size of about 250k. The thumbnails will still be small, but when we click on them once or twice they will almost fill the screen.

Great shop with a really nice feel to it - although a bit of a fire hazard with all the scraps and shavings on the floor. But then again the same could be said of most of our shops. Is that black lathe in the back the 2436 Oneway? If so I didn't know they made it in black. You should also post this down in the turning section for even more lathe envy.

I'd also like to see some pictures of your dad's work.

I agree - we need more and bigger pictures of the shop. We do like pictures.

You know someone has really been caught up in the vortex when ones table saw become a storage rack!
Real nice shop Anthony. Looks like you and your dad have some serious lathes and turning tools...

And I second that the guys over in the turning forum would like to see these pics.

It is hard to reply with all the drool on the keyboard. That really is a shop and the LATHES - how does one pick what to use. It looks like the shop is getting some use.

What, 3 lathes, but no beer fridge? And great googly moogly that's an Ivy League's education worth of gouges! I'm envious of all of that space and those hand tools; what an awesome shop.

Being the non-turner who didn't recognize it to begin with I feel weird answering but that is the Robust American Beauty, the Oneway as you expected is that white/cream color.
