Looking for a specific Perpetual Plaque Name Plate

I am looking for a specific perpetual plaque plaate and I'm not finding the supplier. It is very similar to the blue MP13 from Marco, but rounded corners instead of notched corners. I'm trying to match an existing perpetual plaque and am not finding them from any of my normal suppliers. I've attached a picture. Thanks in advance for any help!

I believe this is a Tropar plate part of the Sapphire series 24 plate line

Thank you so much, I believe that is it! I'll give them a call to verify sizes, etc.

The customer only brought in the individual plates, not the entire plaque.
