Took the plunge

Well, it finally happened, after lurking, reading, going back and forth. The right deal came along and I am happy to say that I have a Kern laser to work with.

I have operated a Universal 60watt unit in the past and gained valuable experience. Now with 150 watts and 52 x 50 inches....well let's just say it's gotten very interesting.

Looking forward to learning and sharing in the years ahead!

Welcome to the Creek! I can't imagine what 150 w is like, but if it's 4 times the power of mine, I'll bet it's 4 times the fun too! Please post your work pix, we'd love to see them.

I can tell you that you have a great machine I run mine 8 hours a day almost daily and have had no problems within the 1.5 years I have owned mine.
