So we just upgraded all of our machines to X5. We use text merge a lot, but I noticed some things have changed since 12. Is there a way to have the program default to TXT files when doing a merge? Right now we have do a drop down and select that file format. Also in previous versions you could do multiple merges on one file, now it seems that you have to close the file to do a new merge. Any help would be appreciated.
