The only one I have found is The Woodwright's shop on the PBS channel.

The two most popular woodworking youtubers are Steve Ramsey (https://www.youtube.com/user/stevinmarin/featured) and Matthias Wandel (https://www.youtube.com/user/Matthiaswandel/featured) I believe. It's interesting as their content is on opposite extremes of woodworking. Maybe because I'm relatively new to this but I get 90% of my woodworking info from this site and YouTube. There's a ton of woodworking content on YouTube and you can be stuck watching forever (and not get in the shop lol). Some of my other favorites are Jay Bates (https://www.youtube.com/user/Jayscustomcreations/featured), John Heisz (https://www.youtube.com/user/jpheisz/featured), Woodwhisperer (https://www.youtube.com/user/TheWoodWhisperer/featured), Frank Howarth (https://www.youtube.com/user/urbanTrash/featured), and well too many to list but there's something for everyone as you'll find.

For watching on the Roku it's probably easier to navigate YouTube on your phone then send it to your Roku. Some tips on this link (http://www.digitaltrends.com/home-theater/roku-3-finally-gets-youtube-app/).
