:D I am using my glider to try to get in better shape.How long is best to use a glider to help ? I am doing 30 minutes in the morning and 30 minutes at night now. Any help please. Mike

If your glider is like mine, a complete work out entails 4 hours in
the morning, followed by a low cal lunch. Then 4 hours in the
afternoon. I hope this helps.
