I have an Epilog 24tt. The Y-axis is off by about 3/16". If I send something to print it always prints too high. I've tried changing the settings but it does not seem to do anything. If I try to adjust the mirror the beam goes off center the farther away that it gets. I must have screwed something up but can't figure out what it is. Any ideas?

Thanks,

Tony

You can mechanically adjust the rulers or you can electronically (through the control panel) adjust the X and Y home positions. Full description is in the manual, which you can get as a PDF from epilog's site if you don't have a copy.

If the beam gets off center the farther it gets from the origin, you need to re-align it. If the entire axis is off by that amount, either adjust the rulers appropriately, or possibly even the limit switch.
