I talked to my wife about getting the Monster articulating arm for my birthday in February. I told her we could split the cost between turning earnings and what she would spend anyway. She agreed. She was going to order it, but then she said just order it since I know the website and all.

So, I ordered it along with the swan neck.

My wife will get to the package before me, so I won"t get it until my birthday. Of course, it all depends on delivery.

Advise your wife that the cost of the Monster is nothing compared to the cost of my 2 tendonitis surgeries! Take good care of your elbows while you're still able, because hollowing by hand is a real potential hazard!

Thanks. I am really looking forward to this addition. I have a few small cherry and spruce burls that will make better hollow forms than bowls.

Steve, I hope we get a chance to get together.
