motherboard problem

Hi
My epilog mini 18 stoped. Νothing on the screen, fans still going, will not restart,The epilog tecnisian here in Greece he said, motherboard problem must change it for €1800 !!!
please did someone knows something better a repair service maybe,i know the charges in other countries are smaller, here (in Greece) epilog agent charge you the transport and customs services.
please help.

With an Epilog agent like that I'd probably spend the money on a new Chinese machine. For that much, you can afford to fly to Colorado, pick the board up in person, and fly back home.
