Makita 10" SCMS

While cruising today, I noticed a makita 10" SCMS at a pawn ship in Brandon, FL. It's the shop at the corner of Parsons and 60. Asking price was in the $260's.

This could be a decent deal, but without knowing the history of the saw, I would say it is a little high.
