feather pen blanks

just had carpel tunnel surgery done on both hands yestday so am pecking around w 1 finger.. not yoo long ago i thought for sure i saw an article in woodturning design or am. woodturner describing in detail how to make feather pen blanks with casting resin, have looked all over but cant find it,mabe i was hallucinating. can anyone help me out on this? thanks jared ps cant turn either

There are alot of factors to go into makin g them. Not all feathers are castable or even legal to own. Need a pressure pot if you have one. There are articles out there but not in the magazine. Yes IAP is a good source to try. They have an article you are looking for in the library there. Not an easy thing to do. Good luck.
