Seem like there are so many recommend speeds from different sources. I found this chart. Does this look useful to you?

Rob, I've always wondered how you guys do that link thing, (re: here), as I always have to type in the link address so it shows in the message. How do you do that?????

I just learned that myself very recently, and it is a cleaner way to provide links, I think. When you click on the "Quote" or "Post reply" button, and it brings up the message area (see attached pic), highlight the word or phrase of your message that you want to link to the site, click on that icon that's being pointed to, and it will bring up a box that you can paste the link into.
