Not much to look at, but kind of nice to carefully plop down in every once in a while.

Don't ever build one of those for a woman... You will never live down your perception of the seat size she needs!!!

BTW post some pics of the "real" chair when you finish, looks nice!

So, how did you attach the seat? The jointery looks phenominal. ;)

Once I'm in, it's all gravity working in combination my abundance of mass, combined with a little friction, and it's not going anywhere. The trick is getting in. All I need now is a cupholder.

So the spring clamps hold the occupant still while the sander cleans out their ear, is that right? ;)

Never thought about it, but that would save money on q-tips. Thanks!

In a woodworking shop I'd say the ears need it more :)

i seen a woman at walmart today that could use that chair!
and for whatever reason she was wearing shorts. (i live in south dakota - 34* today)

but yes im with Van, dont ever show/give that chair to a woman you know as you will
have a very sore face, butt, or nuggets.

UNLESS, that woman is a MIL, or SIL, or whomever that you would like a little "twist with that knife"...

In my experience their knife is always bigger, duller and serrated on the back....
