I'm not getting any luck on my search for stair nuts - to place on a framing square at the rise and run marks for marking stair stringers.
Any ideas?
Thanks,
Brian

Local blue box sells them. Was quite surprised to see them.

Yes lowes has them but not everywhere so you may want to check online first.

I like a piece of 1 X 2, and a couple of small "C" clamps. Clamp the 1 X 2 across the square with inner edge being on rise and run numbers. This helps to prevent errors caused by edge of stringer not being perfectly straight
