A couple of days ago I posted about my dad still buying tools for his shop. Someone asked me to post a picture of him with his new bandsaw, so I always try to do what is asked of me....

Steve,

My Dad just turned 82 and still works with me every weekend in my shop. He doesn't buy many tools anymore but he still has a modest little woodworking shop of his own. The time we spend in the shop isn't always the most productive but it is quality time and I appreciate how valuable the hours are to both of us.

Steve,
Kudos to your Dad! He sure doesn't look 80.

My Dad is 77 and just upgraded his computer system - a supercharged Mac - G5 maybe? - he does all sorts of video and audio editing - the old one was "just too slow". He is driving my Mom crazy with all the new capabilities! :D

He looks as good at 80 as I do at 55

That nice looking shop he has attributes to his happiness and wellness also.
