Im having a problem with corel. Everytime I try to use powertrace i get a runtime error and it closes corel. I am running windows 7, I am up to date on all updates and I have uninstalled corel and reinstalled it with no changes. I have restarted everything multiple times and cant get any progress...anyone else have this problem or have any suggestions? I am ready to set something on fire!

Anyone? I'm at a standstill and I've got a couple Christmas orders to finish. I'm losing my mind over here...

How about attaching your file and let somebody else see if they can do it.

ok, here is the file. I am engraving it on glass so I need it just black and white, I would guess as a line drawing. Thanks for any help!

oh yes, the original image is really small so quality isn't amazing but the words came out better with 1 method, image better with the other. See if it's any good for you.

Thanks for the quick reply! How would I go about removing all the grey shading. I am putting it on glass so I need it in black and white.
Thanks
Jimmy

just select the entire image, left click no color to remove the fill and then right click black so you have a black outline.
