I have an Incra offset-style router cabinet. The width of the table is 27", which I find doesn't leave enough outfeed room for larger workpieces. I'm looking for ideas from the SMC braintrust for a fold-down outfeed extension that attaches to the side (technically, back of the cabinet relative to the doors and drawers) - specifically, how to best attach it to the cabinet and also allow for leveling of all four corners. Anyone done something similar?

Using a roller stand is too cumbersome in my shop, as the floor is extremely unflat and unlevel.

Rockler sells hinges for just that. I have a table with fold up wings on both sides. They work well as long as I keep a plastic carpenters shim handy to take a bit of slop out. Depending on the thickness of your table, you will have to make the wings the same, or shim the hinge.

I would think any of the plans for a portable miter saw station with folding wings would be adaptable...
