yellow things

I have an irritating click in my 20" yellow thing. i seem to recall a previous thread on this problem--did anyone figure this one out?

Check the set screw in the tachometer block on the spindle. Also check for clearance between the tach block and pickup.

Ditto. I had a click in mine, and it was the aetcrew on the tachometer block. Tightened it up, and no more tick.

On my Jet 1642, the click was caused by the spindle pulley being too close to the headstock. Moved it a skosh and no more tick.
